THAT Warwick Township Council direct the Administrator/Treasurer to work with Fred Galloway and staff to form: • An updated draft Strategic Plan for Warwick Township based on the feedback and direction of Council; • A draft Implementation Strategy and timeline(s) for completion of the draft plan; and • A draft Financial Strategy focused on implementation and funding of the top initiatives in the draft plan AND THAT these draft documents be presented to Council for review and consideration at a future Council meeting. -
