WHEREAS Waste Management of Canada Corporation (“WM”) has requested comments from the Township on a draft application to amend Condition 8.6 of its Waste Site Environmental Compliance Approval (the “Draft ECA Amendment Application”); AND WHEREAS has now received and reviewed a report from its Technical Review Team (TRT) providing comments and recommendations on the Draft ECA Application (the “TRT Report and Recommendations”); BE IT RESOLVED THAT Township staff be directed to forward the TRT Report and Recommendations on the Draft ECA Amendment Application to WM for review and response. -
