THAT Warwick Township Council approves By-law 105 of 2023, adopting Official Plan Amendment No. 10 to the Warwick Official Plan; AND THAT the CAO/Clerk be directed and authorized to make an application to the County of Lambton for approval of Amendment No. 10 to the Township of Warwick Official Plan; AND THAT By-law 106 of 2023 be approved, being a Zoning By-law Amendment to amend regulations for Additional Dwelling Units; AND THAT staff be directed to monitor the level of Additional Dwelling Unit activity in the Township and monitor regulations for one (1) year, and report back to Council. -
