Special Council

WHEREAS Warwick Township Council embarked on a Service Delivery Review project of municipal services and operations as an action towards implementing its Strategic Plan in 2019; AND WHEREAS an Implementation Plan for the Service Delivery Review has been presented to Council in report CAO-21-20; AND WHEREAS the Implementation Plan is considered a living document, to be reviewed annually by Council as part of the priority setting and budget exercise; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Township of Warwick hereby confirms: THAT the Service Delivery Review report, dated August 2020, be approved; AND THAT the Implementation Plan for the Service Delivery Review report be received and filed as information as a living document; AND THAT the CAO/Clerk be directed to include reporting on the status of the Service Delivery Review and its implementation to Council quarterly moving forward. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves an electronic format for Public Meetings required under legislation, with exception of the scheduled in person Public Meeting on the Township's Official Plan scheduled for September 14, 2020; AND THAT the Committee of Adjustment hearings continue to be held in an in person meeting format, applying all current health and safety principles. -

THAT By-law numbers 47 and 48 of 2020 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
