THAT Warwick Township Council moved into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); -

THAT the Township of Warwick approves the Township of Warwick Economic Development Corporation entering into a Development Agreement; AND THAT the Township of Warwick will provide assistance to the Township of Warwick Economic Development Corporation to ensure it meets its obligations under the Development Agreement, and any funds transferred to the Economic Development Corporation for this purpose shall be considered a loan payable on demand. -
