THAT Warwick Township Council approves a six (6) month extension to the Temporary Amendment to Host Municipality Agreement in relation to Soils, to allow the continued reduction of the monthly host fee for soil to one dollar per metric tonne; AND THAT the extension of this Temporary Amendment be from effective from January 1, 2016 and expire on June 30, 2016 at 11:59 PM. -
