Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the July 6, 2026 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council supports installing a permanent three-way stop at the King Street & Warwick Street Intersections and requests a proposed by-law to be brought forward. -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs staff to look into Community Safety Awareness Zones and the possibility of installing them within the Township. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the Q2 Variances, the GL Report and Accounts Payable as presented. -

THAT the following items be received and filed:  Correspondence items 07-68 to 07-89  Economic and Development Quarterly Report  Annual Cost of Living Wage Increases Report  Waste, Recycling and Street Lighting - Rate Setting and Review Process Report  Warwick Park Capital Update  Sports Wall of Fame Update  Parks and Recreation Dashboard  Public Works Dashboard -

THAT the invitation be filed and received as information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council supports the refresh of the Rotary Wheel Garden Project at Sunken Gardens. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the recommendation of Spriet Associates to award All-Seasons Excavating, the contract for the John Street Storm Outlet for $400,019.50 (Excluding HST). -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session. -

THAT the In Camera minutes from the Regular Council Meeting of July 6, 2026 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 37 to 40 of 2026 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
