Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the Feb 23, 2026 regular meeting be approved. -

That Warwick Township Council approves the GL Report as presented. -

THAT the following items be received and filed:  Correspondence Items 03-01 to 03-28  Heritage & Historical Committee meeting on March 4, 2026  P&R-05-26 - Ice Extension Information Report  PW-07-26 - HSWS Grant -

THAT Warwick Township Council receives and files action correspondence items 03-X1 as information and directs staff to send invitation from 03-X2 to all trappers. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); v) A matter concerning litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(e); vi) Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); xi) A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session. -

THAT the In Camera minutes from the Special Council meeting on February 17, 2026 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 13 to 15 of 2026 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
