THAT Warwick Township Council receive and file the written correspondence from Canada Post dated October 31, 2023. -

THAT Warwick Township Council refers the phased implementation plan of Warwick's Wayfinding Strategic Plan to the 2024 budget for consideration. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the GL Report and Accounts Payable as presented. -

THAT Warwick Township Council support and endorse correspondence item 11-43 - Petition in Support of Bill C-310. -

THAT report CAO-25-23 - Comparative Human Resources Policy Research Summary and Data Trends be lifted from the table. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve report CAO-27-23 – Proposed Extension of Police Services Contract that the by-law 113 of 2023 be approved. -

THAT Report CAO-28-23 - CAO's Q3 2023 Quarterly Status Report be received and filed as information. -

THAT report CAO-29-23 – Summary of Response to Significant Weather Event of August 23, 2023 be received and filed as information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve report CAO-30-23 – Proposed Human Resources Policy Update Framework on a one-year trial basis; AND THAT some level of customer service is supported during the office closure over the holidays, subject to Council's future review and approval; AND THAT the CAO/Clerk be directed to update corporate policies based on this approval and include in the corporate policy manual. -

THAT report CL-20-23 - Proposed Updates to Code of Conduct for Employees be lifted from the table. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve report CL-23-23 – Contract for Animal Pickup Services with the Sarnia District Humane Society (SDHS). -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve report CL-24-23 – Proposed Updates to Employee Code of Conduct; AND THAT policy 6.1 Employee Code of Conduct be approved and added to Warwick’s Corporate Policy Manual; AND THAT an amendment be made to specify that the Hiring of Relatives policy, related to the supervision of relatives, be made to clarify that provisions in the policy do not apply to volunteer members of the Township of Warwick Fire and Rescue Department. -

THAT Township Council approves the Special Event Guidelines & Procedures document supported by the Parks and Recreation Committee; AND THAT Township Council approve the updated Parks and Recreation 10.5 Facility, Park and Pavilion Rental Policy to be

THAT Warwick Township Council appoints Councillor Couwenberg to the Plympton-Wyoming Court of Revision for the Falconer-Ramsey Drain and Lower Aberarder Creek to be held Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. -

THAT the McKay Drain 2023 project be awarded to Van Bree Drainage and Bulldozing Limited at a cost of $87,190.00 plus HST. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iv) A matter regarding labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session. -

THAT the minutes from the in-camera Regular Council meeting on October 16, 2023 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 108 to 117 of 2023 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed. -
