Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the November 7, 2022 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves donating one hour of non-prime time ice as part of a draw for Moonlight Madness in Watford. -

THAT the GL report presented on December 5, 2022 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs staff to provide the Accounts Payable listing on future Council agendas, along with the GL report. -

That the following items for Council’s information be received and filed:  Staff report CAO-13-22 - Fire Inspector and CEMC for Warwick Township  Staff report CL-27-22 - Accessibility Report and Public Feedback - 2022 Municipal Election  Staff report P&D-26-22 - Bill 23 Information Report  Minutes of the Inaugural Council meeting of November 15, 2022  Minutes of the Parks and Recreation Committee meeting of November 16, 2022  Correspondence items 12-01 to 12-39 -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the donation request for Lambton Farm Safety; AND THAT Lambton Farm Safety be added to the annual donation list. -

THAT Warwick Township Council agrees to reappoint Dave Frayne as the representative on the Ausable Bayfield Maitland Valley Source Protection Committee for the South-West Group; AND THAT this reappointment be subject to the approval from all other members of the South-West Group: Bluewater, South Huron, West Perth, Perth South, Lambton Shores, North Middlesex, Lucan Biddulph, Middlesex Centre, Adelaide Metcalfe. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the continuation of the historical practice for holiday hours for Township operations. -

THAT the tender for the Moffatt Drain Extension 2022 be awarded to Van Bree Drainage & Bulldozing Ltd. for a cost of $203,330.00 plus HST (total cost of $229,762.90). -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); viii) Information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province or territory or a Crown agency of any of them - Section 239(2)(h); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting on November 7, 2022 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 87 to 89 of 2022 be read a first, second and third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
