THAT the Council minutes from the August 29, 2022 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT the report for the Welsh Drain 2022 be

THAT the GL report presented on September 26, 2022 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council support and endorse the correspondence from the Town of Kingsville Regarding Bill 3, Strong Mayors, Building Homes Act. -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs staff to send a letter to the Postmaster, Strathroy Post Office and the local MP regarding mail delivery concerns in Watford. -

THAT non-action correspondence items 09-01 to 09-02 and 09-04 to 09-29 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the donation request of $300 from the Central Lambton Recruitment Committee. -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs staff to forward the request from the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 172 to close a portion of Nauvoo Road for the Poppy Bucket Drive to the County of Lambton. -

THAT report CL-23-22 – 2022 Municipal Election Update be received and filed as information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the report F-09-22 – East Lambton Community Complex Fees for the Township of Warwick as amended; AND THAT an overall 2023 fee amendment and update be presented to Council at a future meeting for consideration. -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs staff to continue the $20 flat fee for hall rentals for youth groups; AND THAT local service clubs continue to receive a 25% discount for hall rentals. -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs staff to add a fee of $200 for the rental of half of the banquet hall at the East Lambton Community Complex to the proposed fee schedule; AND THAT a fee of $225 for a licensed rental of half of the banquet hall at the East Lambton Community Complex also be added to the proposed fee schedule. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves report HR-06-22 – Updates to Human Resources Policies as amended; AND THAT the updated policies be added to the Township of Warwick Corporate Policy Manual. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves report HR-07-22- Parameters for Co-Funded YMCA Memberships. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves report P&D-23-22 - EcDev & Promotions Logo Re-Design Update and Cost Estimate - 2022 and the Township Logo. -

THAT Warwick Township Council authorize the Active Transportation Funding Agreement with Infrastructure Canada in the amount of $26,000 for Development of an Active Transportation Plan, Strategies and Design Concepts as per report P&R-22-22, be approved and executed by the Mayor and or CAO/Clerk. -

THAT Warwick Township Council receives and files report P&R-23-22 - East Lambton Community Complex - Progress Report for information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council receive and file report P&R-24-22 - Arbour Day Committee Report for information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council receive and file report PW-20-22 - Centennial Avenue Traffic Update as information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the purchase of an additional speed limit sign. -

THAT Warwick Township Council receives and files report PW-21-22 as information and includes this project as part of 2023 budget deliberations. -

THAT report PW-22-22 – Public Works Update report be received and filed as information. -

THAT the minutes from the Parks & Recreation Committee meeting of August 24, 2022 be approved. -

THAT the minutes from the Special Council meeting of September 15, 2022 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council moves into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); iv) A matter regarding labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvenes in open session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting on August 29, 2022 and the Special Council meeting on September 15, 2022 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 71, 73, 75 and 77 of 2022 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 71, 73, 75 and 77 of 2022 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
