Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the June 20, 2022 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT the GL report presented on July 11, 2022 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council support and endorse 07-15 - West Lincoln Township - Resolution Regarding Bill 109 More Homes for Everyone Act. -

THAT non-action correspondence items 07-01 to 07-14 and 07-16 to 07-26 be received and filed. -

THAT action correspondence items 07-27 to 07-30 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council confirms interest in participation of a meeting with the Lambton Group Police Services Board to discuss operational deficits, with Warwick representation including the Mayor, CAO/Clerk and Treasurer/Deputy CAO; AND THAT the Lambton Group Police Services Board be requested to circulate the following documentation in advance of the meeting to all participants: 1. COVID cleaning costs for years 2020, 2021 and estimated for 2022. The report should clearly identify the recommended distribution of these costs to the participating municipalities. 2. The remaining Board deficit and projected 2022 deficit without additional cleaning costs with a recommended distribution. 3. Identify the accumulated surplus held by the Board and the Board's direction for the use of this surplus. -

THAT Report P&D-17-22 – Planning Process Review be received and filed as information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves report P&R-18-22 – East Lambton Community Complex - Capital Fundraising Campaign Report as presented. -

THAT Warwick Township Council awards Culvert 15 & 16 Tender to Theo Vandenberk Construction Inc. as recommended by Spriet Associates for $125,945.00 Plus HST. -

THAT report PW-18-22 – Public Works Update report be received and filed as information. -

THAT the minutes from the WM End Use Committee meeting of June 28, 2022 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council moves into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); iv) A matter regarding labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvenes in open session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting of June 20, 2022 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 52 to 64 of 2022 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 53 to 64 of 2022 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
