Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the November 15, 2021 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT the GL report presented on December 6, 2021 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence items 12-01 to 12-29 be received and filed as information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council receives and files report CL-26-21 – Line Fences Act Exemption as information; AND THAT By-law 113 of 2021 be approved to exempt Warwick Township from the provisions of the Line Fences Act. -

THAT the Council of the Township of Warwick accepts the Proposal submitted by Scytl Canada in the amount of $14,709.29 including HST, for the services of internet voting for the 2022 Municipal Election; AND THAT the Mayor and CAO/Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary agreements if required. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the budgeted 2021 2% COLA increase for non-union staff. -

THAT Township of Warwick Council receive and file report P&D-20-21 - Heritage Creek Subdivision - Parkland Dedication Final as information; AND THAT Township of Warwick Council direct staff to implement a cash in lieu dedication for parkland, based on 5% of the value of the land, as a condition of the Draft Plan of Subdivision for application 38T-21001. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves report P&R-42-21 – East Lambton Community Complex - Capital Fundraising Campaign Report as presented. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves report P&R-43-21 the East Lambton Community Complex Construction Progress Report as presented. -

THAT in 2022 a public meeting be held to seek landowner feedback and report back to Council. -

THAT the minutes of the Parks & Recreation Committee meeting of November 23, 2021 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the Special Council meeting of November 24, 2021 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the addition of this petition to be included as part of the Parker Drain Petition that was presented to Council on April 12, 2021. -

THAT Warwick Township Council moves into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); vi) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvenes in open session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting of November 15, 2021 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 112 to 116 of 2021 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 112 to 116 of 2021 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
