Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the September 13, 2021 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the 2020 Consolidated Financial Statements as presented. -

THAT the GL report presented on October 4, 2021 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence items 10-01 to 10-24 be received and filed as information. -

THAT report CAO-26-21 - Current Municipal Service Levels and COVID-19 Impacts be received and filed as information. -

THAT report CL-19-21 - Considerations for the Resumption of In Person Council Meetings be lifted from the table. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the continuation of virtual meetings until the building of the new Municipal Office is complete. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves an amendment to the Township of Warwick Procedural By-law to allow electronic meeting participation outside of a declared emergency; AND THAT By-law 103 of 2021 be approved and executed by the CAO/Clerk and Mayor. -

THAT report PW-18-21 – Public Works Update report be received and filed as information. -

THAT the minutes of the Development Committee meeting of September 27, 2021 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council moves into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); iv) A matter regarding labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvenes in open session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting of September 13, 2021 and the Development Committee meeting of September 27, 2021 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council ratifies the conditional settlement on an updated Collective Agreement between the Township of Warwick and CUPE Local 2393.3, as arrived at on September 22, 2021; AND THAT the CAO/Clerk prepares the final agreement to be provided by By-law to Council for formal execution at a future date. -

THAT By-laws 103 and 104 of 2021 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 103 and 104 of 2021 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
