THAT the Council minutes from the July 26, 2021 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the scheduling of a Special Council Meeting on September 30, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. for the presentation of the Parks & Recreation Master Plan, and directs staff to complete the required public notice of the meeting . -

THAT Warwick Township Council receive report 38T-21001 - Heritage Creek Subdivision Inc - Planner Information Report for information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council support and endorse the resolution from the Municipality of Leamington - Resolution Regarding Joint and Several Liability. -

THAT correspondence items 08-01 to 08-21 and 08-23 to 08-27 be received and filed as information. -

THAT report CAO-24-21 - Current Municipal Service Levels and COVID-19 Impacts be received and filed as information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the recommendation from staff to apply to the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) - Green Stream funding to support the replacement of critical watermain infrastructure in the Township on Sunset Avenue, Warwick Street, St. Clair Street and John Street. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the 2021 Lambton County Developmental Services Sidewalk Cleaning Contract for 13 weeks at a cost of $800. -

THAT Warwick Township Council accepts report P&R-35-21 - Ball Diamond Protective Netting Report as presented. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves report P&R-36-21 the East Lambton Community Complex Construction Progress Report as presented. -

THAT report PW-17-21 – Public Works Update report be received and filed as information. -

THAT the minutes of the Special Council meeting of August 16, 2021 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council moves into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvenes in open session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting of July 26, 2021 and the Special Council meeting of August 16, 2021 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 91 and 93 to 98 of 2021 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 91 and 93 to 98 of 2021 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
