THAT the Council minutes from the March 22, 2021 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the subject land from Residential 1 (R1) with a Holding (H) zone and Agricultural 2 (A2) to a new site specific Residential 2 (2) (R2(2)) zone with a Holding (H) zone. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the subject property from Residential 1 (R1) to Residential 3(2) (R3(2)). -

THAT the GL report presented on April 12, 2021 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence 04-01 to 04-45 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence 04-46 to 04-48 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve an exception to the Township of Warwick Purchasing Policy and sole source security provision to Damar for all municipal facilities, as per report CAO-13-21. -

THAT Warwick Township Council receives and files report CAO-14-21 - Project Update – Township Office Build as information. -

THAT report P&D-08-21 - Council Administrative Inquiry - Subdivision Appeals be received and filed as information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the award of the Watford Arena Expansion to Community Centre and Arena Renovations Project to Bronnenco Construction Limited in the Total Contract Amount of $11,128,634.00. -

THAT report PW- 0 8 -21 – Public Works Update report be received and filed as i nformation . -

THAT the minutes of the Development Committee meeting of March 22, 2021 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the Parks and Recreation Committee meeting of March 24, 2021 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the Special Council meeting of March 29, 2021 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby approves the recommendation from the Drainage Superintendent to proceed with improvements of the Gilliland Drain under Section 78 of the Drainage Act; AND THAT after 30 days notice to the St. Clair Region Conservation Authority, a new report be prepared by Spriet Associates, before the work can proceed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby approves the recommendation from the Drainage Superintendent to proceed with improvements of the Parker Drain under Section 78 of the Drainage Act; AND THAT after 30 days notice to the St. Clair Region Conservation Authority, a new report be prepared by Spriet Associates, before the work can proceed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby approves the recommendation from the Drainage Superintendent to proceed with improvements of the Welsh Drain under Section 78 of the Drainage Act; AND THAT after 30 days notice to the St. Clair Region Conservation Authority, a new report be prepared by Spriet Associates, before the work can proceed. -

THAT the tender for the Aarts Drain No. 2 2020 be awarded to Robinson Farm Drainage Ltd. for a cost of $59,600.00 plus HST (total cost of $67,348.00). -

THAT the tender for the Hall Drain 2020 be awarded to A.G. Hayter Contracting Ltd. for a cost of $57,438.00 plus HST (total cost of $64,904.94). -

THAT Warwick Township Council moves into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); v) A matter concerning litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(e); vi) Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); xi) A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvenes in open session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting of March 22, 2021 and the Development Committee meeting of March 22, 2021 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 28 to 30 and 34 to 39 of 2021 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 28 to 30 and 34 to 39 of 2021 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
