Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the September 21, 2020 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT a Special Township of Warwick Council meeting be scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. for several drain meetings that have been delayed due to the pandemic. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the 2019 Consolidated Financial Statements as presented. -

THAT the GL report presented on October 5, 2020 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence 10-01 to 10-12 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence 10-13 be received and filed. -

THAT report CAO-23-20 - Current Municipal Service Levels and COVID-19 Impacts be received and filed as information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council awards Bridge 35 Tender to VanDriel Excavating as recommended by Spriet Associates for $137,356.46 Plus HST. -

THAT Warwick Township Council moves to an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvenes in Open Session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting of September 21, 2020 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 65 to 67 of 2020 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 65 to 67 of 2020 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
