Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the April 20, 2020 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council waives the penalty and interest on property taxes until June 30, 2020; AND THAT Warwick Township Council waives the late fees on utilities (water and sewer only) until June 30, 2020; AND THAT Warwick Township Council waives the late fees on miscellaneous invoices until June 30, 2020;. -

THAT the GL report presented on May 11, 2020 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence 05-01 to 05-33 be received and filed. -

THAT report CAO-13-20 - Current Municipal Service Levels and COVID-19 Impacts be received and filed as information. -

THAT report CL-05-20 – Proposed Newsletter Content be received and filed as information. -

THAT report F-05-20 - 2020 Cash Flow Forecast be received and filed as information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the draft Official Plan amendment regarding surplus farm dwelling severance policies; AND THAT the Township move forward with next steps as proposed in report P&D-05-20 - Official Plan Amendment regarding Surplus Farm Dwelling Severance Policies; AND THAT a public meeting be scheduled when it is safe to do so. -

THAT Warwick Council awards Bridge 25, Culverts 28 & 41 Guiderail replacements to VanDriel Excavating Inc. recommended by Spriet Associates for $108,208.11 (plus HST). -

THAT the minutes of the Parks and Recreation Committee meeting of April 29, 2020 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council moves to an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); vi) Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvenes in Open Session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting of April 20, 2020 be approved. -

THAT By-law 32 of 2020 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-law 32 of 2020 be read a third time and finally passed. -
