Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the September 23, 2019 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council proceed into the Court of Revision for the Ross-Hall Drain – Branch A, By-law No.88 of 2019. -

THAT the Court of Revision for the Ross-Hall Drain – Branch A By-law No. 88 of 2019 be closed without changes to the report and that we go back into open council. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $1,420,111.99 be accepted for payment as presented. -

THAT the GL report presented on October 7, 2019 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence 10-01 to 10-18 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council supports and endorses the resolution received from the Town of Penetanguishene dated October 2, 2019 regarding municipal amalgamation. -

THAT the Council for the Township of Warwick receive and file report CAO-25-29 - CAO Quarterly Report as information. -

THAT the Council for the Township of Warwick receive and file report CL-21-19 - Ausable Bayfield Maitland Valley Drinking Water Source Protection Committee Reduction and Call for Nominations as information. -

THAT the Council of the Township of Warwick approves report CL-22-19 – Proposed Amendments to the 2019 Calendar of meetings; AND THAT public notice of revised meeting dates and times be provided. -

THAT report FIRE-02-19 - Proposed Amendments to the Burn Permit By-law be approved; AND THAT By-law 101 of 2019 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs the creation of a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment and possible Official Plan Amendment as required to address setback requirements for cannabis production facilities for Council consideration. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Development Committee meeting of September 23, 2019 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council appoint Spriet Associates under Section 76 of the Drainage Act to prepare a new schedule for maintenance on the Roder Drain. -

THAT Warwick Township Council moves into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); v) A matter concerning litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(e); vi) Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvenes in Open Session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting of September 23, 2019 and the regular Development Committee meeting of September 23, 2019 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 101 and 102 of 2019 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 88, 101 and 102 of 2019 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
