Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the July 8, 2019 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the Township of Warwick Community-Based Strategic Plan 2019-2022 as presented. -

THAT Warwick Township Council proceed into the Court of Revision for the Curts-Townline Drain, By-law No.70 of 2019. -

THAT the Court of Revision for the Curts-Townline Drain By-law No. 70 of 2019 be closed without changes to the report and that we go back into open council. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $801,926.93 be accepted for payment as presented and the GL report presented on July 29, 2019 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence 07-28 to 07-49 be received and filed. -

THAT Report CAO-19-19 - CAO's Quarterly Status Report be received and filed. -

THAT Township of Warwick Council approves the purchase of the Tennant T300 floor scrubber at a cost of $9,941.40 plus HST; AND THAT the purchase be funded from the surplus of the sale of the P&R Kubota Tractor. -

THAT Warwick Township Council awards Culvert 42 Tender to Theo Vandenberk Construction recommended by Spriet Associates for $345,676 plus HST. -

THAT Township of Warwick Council approves the Watford Park/Watford Arena Booth Concession operator contract. -

THAT Warwick Council awards the Confederation Line Rehabilitation 2019 Emergency Tender to Murray Mills Excavating as recommended by Spriet Associates for $74,039.90 plus HST. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Development Committee meeting of July 8, 2019 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the Special Council meeting of July 23, 2019 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council moves into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); vi) Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvenes in Open Session. -

THAT the minutes from the in camera regular Council meeting of July 8, 2019, the regular Development Committee meeting of July 8, 2019 and the Special Council meeting of July 23, 2019 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 86 and 88 to 91 of 2019 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 70, 86, 89 to 91 of 2019 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
