Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the March 25, 2019 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council proceed into the Court of Revision for the Burchill Drain – South Branch, By-law No. 20 of 2019. -

THAT the Court of Revision for the Burchill Drain – South Branch By-law No. 20 of 2019 be closed without changes to the report and that we go back into open council. -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs staff to work with the YMCA to draft an operational agreement and scope of work; AND THAT if an agreement cannot be drafted, YMCA support would be billed on an as-needed basis based on the scope of work. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $1,212,184.93 be accepted for payment as presented. -

THAT the GL report presented on April 15, 2019 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby approves a donation of $250.00 to the Lambton 4-H Association for 2019; AND THAT the Lambton 4-H Association be added to the Township of Warwick approved annual donation list in the amount of $250; -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs staff to participate in the East Lambton Elementary School 2019 Touch a Truck Event as in past years. -

THAT correspondence items 04-01 to 04-19 be received and filed. -

THAT the Overtime Report for March 2019 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs the Administrator/Clerk to remove the inclusion of a shell of a room for a gun range from the conceptual design for the new community hall in Watford. -

THAT Report CAO-12-19 - CAO's Quarterly Status Report be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council tables report CAO-13-19 - Summary of Feedback on Household Waste Survey and Open House until a delegation from Bluewater Recycling Association occurs; -

THAT Township of Warwick Council receives and files report F-03-19 - Funding Update - Service Modernization Funding for Small & Rural Communities (SMF). -

THAT the minutes of the regular Development Committee meeting of March 25, 2019 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Parks & Recreation Committee meeting of March 27, 2019 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the Special Council meeting of April 3, 2019 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Public Works Committee meeting of April 3, 2019 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session. -

THAT the in camera minutes from the in camera Council meeting of March 25, 2019 and the in camera Development Committee meeting of March 25, 2019 be approved. -
