Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the November 5, 2018 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT the Development Committee meeting scheduled for Monday, January 14, 2019 be re-scheduled for Monday, January 21, 2019 at 2:30 p.m.; AND THAT the Township of Warwick Council meeting scheduled for Monday, January 14, 2019 be re-scheduled for Monday, January 21, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. -

THAT the AED unit located in the lower lobby of the Watford Arena be re-located closer to the dressing rooms and player's benches. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the application by Darryl Ayris for a conditional foundation permit; AND THAT Warwick Township Council authorizes the Administrator/Clerk to execute any applicable agreements on their behalf; AND THAT no further permits or agreements will be issued until the site plan has been approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council proceed into the Court of Revision for the Hall Drain, By-law 81 of 2018. -

THAT the Court of Revision for the Hall Drain By-law 81 of 2018 be closed without changes to the report and that we go back into open council. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $750,760.00 be accepted for payment as presented. -

THAT the GL Report presented on December 10, 2018 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence 12-01 to 12-19 and 12-21 be received and filed. -

THAT the Overtime Report for November 2018 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the proposed Substance Use Policy as amended; AND THAT the Substance Use Policy be added to the Township of Warwick Corporate Policy Manual. -

THAT report F-26-18 – 2019 Council Remuneration be received and filed; AND THAT Council approves the option to increase salary to reach same net pay; AND THAT Council directs staff to prepare the necessary by-laws for consideration. -

THAT Report CL-30-18 – Updated Warwick Township Emergency Response Plan be received and filed; AND THAT By-law 102 of 2018 be approved. -

THAT report CL-31-18 - Bill 36 and the Cannabis Statute Law Amendment Act, 2018 be received and filed. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Development Committee meeting of November 5, 2018 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the special Council meeting of November 23, 2018 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Economic Development Corporation meeting of November 23, 2018 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Council meeting of December 3, 2018 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the special Council meeting of December 6, 2018 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); v) A matter concerning litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(e); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session. -

THAT the In Camera minutes from the regular Council meeting of November 5, 2018, the regular Development Committee meeting of November 5, 2018 and the special Council meeting of November 23, 2018 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 90, 102 and 103 of 2018 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 81, 90, 102 and 103 of 2018 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
