Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the August 17, 2018 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT the Township of Warwick Revitalization Corporation Meeting be scheduled for Monday, October 1, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.; AND THAT the Township of Warwick Land Development Corporation Meeting be scheduled for Monday, October 1, 2018 at 3:15 p.m. -

THAT Warwick Township Council proceed into the Court of Revision for the Campbell-Cable Drain, By-law 14 of 2018. -

THAT the Court of Revision for the Campbell-Cable Drain By-law 14 of 2018 be closed without changes to the report and that we go back into open council. -

THAT Warwick Township Council proceed into the Court of Revision for the Jansen Drain, By-law 54 of 2018. -

THAT the Court of Revision for the Jansen Drain By-law 54 of 2018 be closed without changes to the report and that we go back into open council. -

THAT Warwick Township Council proceed into the Court of Revision for the Laird Drain, By-law 55 of 2018. -

THAT the Court of Revision for the Laird Drain By-law 55 of 2018 be closed without changes to the report and that we go back into open council. -

THAT Warwick Township Council proceed into the Court of Revision for the Vandenheuvel Drain - Branch C, By-law 56 of 2018. -

THAT the Court of Revision for the Vandenheuvel Drain - Branch C By-law 56 of 2018 be closed without changes to the report and that we go back into open council. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the amendments to the Community Improvement Plan (CIP). -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $478,393.34 be accepted for payment as presented and the GL Report presented on September 10, 2018 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council supports Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day on October 15, 2018. -

THAT correspondence 09-01 to 09-13 be received and filed. -

THAT Report CL-21-18 – Proposed Newsletter Topics be received for information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the quote as supplied by Work Equipment at $99,000 to supply and deliver a Remanufactured MT67 Four Wheel Drive Articulating Sidewalk Plow. -

THAT Township of Warwick Council approves Diana Scott as the Watford Arena Booth Concession operator for a 3 year contract term. -

THAT Warwick Township Council waive the necessity for site plan control at 6836 Arkona Road for the erection of an trailer structure; AND THAT any future developments on 6836 Arkona continue to be subject to site plan control and review. -

THAT Warwick Township Council proceeds with acquiring Ultimate Asphalt Paving to perform Warwick paving work as outlined. -

THAT Report PW-27-18 - Scenic Court Drainage Concerns be received for information. -

THAT Report CL-22-18 - 2018 Municipal Election Update be received for information. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the quotation provided by Sev-Con Paving to repair section of Birnam Line in preparation for Tar and Chip application. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Development Committee meeting of August 17, 2018 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Parks and Recreation Committee meeting of August 29, 2018 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: i) A matter regarding the security of the property of the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(a); ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); vi) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f). -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session -

THAT the In Camera minutes from the regular Council meeting and the regular Development Committee meeting of August 17, 2018 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 81 to 85 of 2018 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 14, 54 to 56 and 82 to 85 of 2018 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
