Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the July 23, 2018 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT the 2017 Audited Financial Statements be approved as presented. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $196,230.92 be accepted for payment as presented and the GL Report presented on August 17, 2018 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council supports and endorses the Township of Howick's resolution Regarding Care and Maintenance Trust Funds for Cemeteries, which was passed on July 17, 2018. -

THAT correspondence 08-01 to 08-10 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the reconstruction of the West side of Victoria Street over two phases; AND THAT the Victoria Street Storm Sewer Repair be

THAT the Township of Warwick Facilities Condition Assessment Study be awarded to CBRE Ltd. at a total cost of $17,501 plus HST. -

THAT Report CL-20-18 - Update on Township Records Management Implementation Process be received and filed as information; AND THAT the request for one summer student to continue records management/administrative assistant work be

THAT the minutes of the regular Development Committee meeting of July 23, 2018 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the Special Council meeting of August 1, 2018 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Public Works Committee meeting of August 8, 2018 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the Township of Warwick Cemetery Board meeting of August 16, 2018 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: i) A matter regarding the security of the property of the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(a); ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); vi) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f). -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session -

THAT the In Camera minutes from the regular Council meeting and the regular Development Committee meeting of July 9, 2018 and the regular Development Committee meeting of July 23, 2018 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 58, 79 and 80 of 2018 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 58 and 80 of 2018 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
