Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the July 9, 2018 regular meeting be approved, as amended. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves Zoning Amendment Application Z-02-18. -

THAT Warwick Township Council directs staff to remove the Industrial Park signage along Highway 402. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $356,156.21 be accepted for payment as presented and the GL Report presented on July 23, 2018 be received and filed. -

THAT correspondence 07-15 to 07-21 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the use of funds from the Tax Assessment Reserve account to facilitate both the architectural design/pre-engineering work for a new hall and the acquisition of any new lands required in the process; AND THAT Warwick Township Council approves the report F-20-18 – Financial Allocations. -

THAT Report F-19-18 - RFP for Audit Services be received and filed. -

THAT Report CAO-17-18 - CAO's Quarterly Status Report be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves participation in a joint Request for Proposals for an Integrity Commissioner shared service with other Lambton County municipalities. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the purchase of a re-manufactured Trackless Articulating Sidewalk Plow that includes an approximate increase of $15,000 from the approved 2018 budget. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Development Committee meeting of July 9, 2018 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 75 and 77 of 2018 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 75 and 77 of 2018 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
