Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the March 6, 2017 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Council proceed into the Consideration of Drainage report for the Ladell Drain. -

THAT Council proceed into the Consideration of Drainage report for the Hickory Creek Drain. -

THAT Council move out of the Consideration Meeting and reconvene in regular Council session. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $143,791.00 be accepted for payment as presented. -

THAT the Council of the Township of Warwick support the resolutions to request the Premier and the Minister of Education develop a policy that enables all schools and school boards in Ontario that allows individual elementary and secondary schools to have an AED installed in their schools passed by: • Township of Zorra on February 14, 2017 • Town of Ingersoll on March 6, 2017 • Township of East Zorra-Tavistock on March 15, 2017 • Municipality of Middlesex Centre on March 8, 2017 -

THAT the Council of the Township of Warwick support Brooke Telecom's application to the Connect to Innovate Program. -

THAT correspondence 03-35 to 03-56 and 03-58 be received and filed as information. -

THAT the Council of the Township of Warwick accepts the Proposal submitted by Intelivote System Inc. in the amount of $11,090 including HST, for the services of telephone and internet voting for the 2018 Municipal Election; AND THAT the Mayor and Administrator/Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary agreements if required. -

THAT report CAO-07-17 - Proposed Fire Master Plan Terms of Reference and Request for Proposals be approved; AND THAT staff proceed with publishing Requests for Proposals for the Fire Master Plan as outlined in report CAO-07-17. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves report CAO-06-17 – Proposal for Pay Standards Study and the Proposal from Annetts and Associates at a cost of $16,700 plus HST. -

THAT staff provide a report to Council outlining options and considerations, including financial feasibility, of possible next steps related to Centennial Hall. -

THAT the minutes of the Development Committee meeting of February 6, 2017 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the CIP Committee meeting of March 1, 2017 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the Parks and Recreation Committee meeting of March 9, 2017 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the Special Council meeting of March 15, 2017 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council appoints Spriet Associates to update the assessment splits for the Shepherd Drain so that maintenance work can be accurately billed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); iv) A matter regarding labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); vi) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session. -

THAT the In Camera minutes from the regular Council meeting of March 6, 2017 and the special Council meeting of March 15, 2017 be approved. -

THAT By-laws 17 to 19 of 2017 and 21 to 49 of 2017 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-laws 17 to 19 of 2017 and 23 to 49 of 2017 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
