Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the September 12, 2016 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $302,066.16 be accepted for payment as presented. -

THAT correspondence 9-16 to 9-35 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the waiving of the requirement for a formal site plan amendment at 7963 Confederation Line (Autotube) for the proposed 23' by 100' addition because it is minor in nature; AND THAT the application of the 2003 site plan agreement at 7963 Confederation Line (Autotube) be continued, and be considered to include the proposed addition; AND THAT any additional changes to the site plan for 7963 Confederation Line be subject to further review and potential plan amendments. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the use of the $2,500 donated to Warwick Township by Bluewater Power as a legacy gift to be used to fund the lighting improvement project in Warwick Township’s Public Works Garage; AND THAT a commemorative plaque be installed in the Public Works Garage recognizing the financial contribution of Bluewater Power to the project. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Development Committee meeting of September 12, 2016 be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Parks and Recreation meeting of September 15, 2016 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iv) A matter regarding labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); vi) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session. -

THAT the In Camera minutes from the regular Council meeting of September 26, 2016 and the regular Development Committee meeting of September 12, 2016 be approved. -

THAT By-law numbers 94 to 99 of 2016 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-law numbers 94 to 99 of 2016 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
