Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the July 25, 2016 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council proceed into the Court of Revision for the Vaughan Drain 2016 and the Leach Drain 2016. -

THAT the Court of Revision for the Vaughan Drain 2016 be closed Page 2 of 7 with no changes to the report. -

THAT the Court of Revision for the Leach Drain 2016 be closed with no changes to the report. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby reconvene to Regular Session. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby approves the tender for the Leach Drain 2016, from Van Bree Drainage Ltd. at their tender Page 3 of 7 quote of $85,100.00 plus taxes. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby approves the tender for the Vaughan Drain 2016, from VanBree Drainage Ltd. at their tender quote of $25,500.00 plus taxes. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $354,742.75 be accepted for payment as presented. -

THAT correspondence 8-1 to 8-10 be received and filed. -

THAT the minutes of the Parks and Recreation Committee meeting of August 4, 2016 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve maintenance on the Zavitz Drain under Section 4 of the Drainage Act; AND THAT after 30 days notice to the St. Clair Regional Conservation Authority a new report be prepared by Spriet Associates, before the work can proceed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting Page 5 of 7 of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); iv) A matter regarding labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); vi) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session -

THAT the In Camera Council minutes of the July 25, 2016 meeting be approved. -

Page 6 of 7 THAT the Job Evaluation Summary Report dated August 2016 from Annetts and Associates be approved. -

THAT By-law numbers 85 to 87 of 2016 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-law numbers 85 to 87 of 2016 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
