Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the December 14, 2015 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $291,782.30 be accepted for payment as presented. -

THAT correspondence 1-1 to 1-22 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the Occupational Health and Safety Policy (HSP 1-1) for 2016; AND THAT the Mayor and Administrator/Treasurer sign and seal the Policy; AND THAT staff post the Policy at all workplace locations. -

THAT report CL-2-16 on the Proposed Tentative 2016 Committee Meeting Calendar be approved. -

THAT report CL-3-16 - Property Standards Appeal Committee Appointments be received and filed. -

THAT report P&D-1-16 - Bill 73 Smart Growth for Our Communities Act be received and filed. -

THAT report DRAIN-1-16 - Drainage Superintendent's Quarterly Report (Q3 and 4 of 2015) be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter regarding proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c); vi) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open session. -

THAT the In Camera Council minutes from the regular Council meeting of December 14, 2015 be approved. -

THAT By-law numbers 1 to 5 of 2016 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-law numbers 1 to 5 of 2016 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns. -
