Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the September 14, 2015 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $946,997.27 be accepted for payment as presented. -

THAT correspondence 10-1 to 10-18 be received and filed. -

THAT the minutes from the regular Public Works meeting of September 15, 2015 be approved. -

THAT the minutes from the regular Development Committee meetings of September 18, 2015 and September 22, 2015 be approved. -

THAT the minutes from the regular Parks and Recreation Committee meeting of September 15, 2015 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve report PW-20-15 and authorize staff to post public notice of a 7% water and 7% waste water rate increase with an overall quarterly increase of $5.79 for the rural area on the minimum charges and an overall bi-monthly increase of $7.50 for the urban area on the minimum charges; AND THAT these rate increases be confirmed by by-law at the October 20th Council meeting. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iv) A matter regarding labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); vi) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session. -

THAT the In Camera minutes from the regular Council meeting of September 14, 2015, the regular Development Committee meeting of September 18, 2015, and the regular Public Works Committee meeting of September 15, 2015 be accepted. -

THAT By-law numbers 82 and 89 to 92 of 2015 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-law numbers 82 and 89 to 92 of 2015 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourn. -
