Regular Council

THAT the minutes of the May 26, 2015 regular Council meeting be approved. -

THAT the minutes of the May 22, 2015 Special Council meeting on Strategic Planning be approved. -

THAT the minutes from the Special Council meeting on a Property Standards Appeal of May 22, 2015 be approved. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $357,930.45 be accepted for payment as presented -

THAT Warwick Township Council support and endorse the motion of the Township of Greater Madawaska (Resolution No. 108-15 of May 14, 2015) on Hydro One Rates. -

THAT correspondence 6-1 to 6-26, 6-28 to 6-30 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves Option 3 with bi-monthly billing cycles and move forward with Bluewater Power for full service water and sewer billing in Watford only for 720 customers effective for the late summer/early fall 2015 billing cycle. -

THAT the Development Committee minutes of the regular meeting of May 15, 2015 be received and filed. -

THAT the Warwick Township Cemetery Board minutes of the regular meeting of May 21, 2015 be approved. -

THAT the Development Committee minutes of the regular meeting of May 26, 2015 be received and filed. -

THAT the Parks and Recreation Committee minutes of the regular meeting of May 28, 2015 be approved, as presented. -

THAT the Parks and Recreation Committee minutes of the regular meeting of June 4, 2015 be received and filed -

THAT the Public Works Committee minutes of the regular meeting of June 9, 2015 be approved. -

THAT the Development Committee minutes of the regular meeting of June 10, 2015 be received and filed. -

THAT report P&D-4-15 be received and filed. -

THAT Council move to an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); vi) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session. -

THAT the In Camera minutes of the regular Council meeting of May 26, 2016 and of the regular Development Committee meeting of June 10, 2015 be approved. -

THAT By-law numbers 15 and 52 to 66 of 2015 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-law numbers 15 and 52 to 66 of 2015 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourn. -
