Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the April 28, 2015 regular meeting be approved. -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $227,722.68 be accepted for payment as presented -

THAT correspondence 5-1 to 5-11 be received and filed. -

THAT the Clerk/Deputy Administrator be authorized to complete the Municipal Meeting Confirmation as Nextera presented as a delegation to Council on March 17, 2015 and a follow up staff meeting was conducted on April 24, 2015. -

THAT the minutes of the regular Public Works Committee meeting of May 6, 2015 be approved. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby receives the Petition for Drainage Works under Section 4 of the Drainage Act, from the owner of Lot 7, Con. 5 SER in the Township of Warwick; AND THAT Spriet Associates be instructed to include the said Petition in their report on the Killmore Drain under Section 4 of the Drainage Act; AND THAT the S.C.R.C.A. be notified. -

THAT report F-2-15 - Financial Status Report as of March 31, 2015 be received and filed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iv) A matter regarding labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open session. -

THAT the In Camera minutes of the regular Council meeting of April 28, 2015 be approved. -

THAT the In Camera minutes of the regular Public Works Committee meeting of May 6, 2015 be approved. -

THAT By-law numbers 45 to 48 of 2014 be read a first and second time. -

THAT By-law numbers 45 to 48 of 2014 be read a third time and finally passed. -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourn. -
