THAT the Council minutes from the April 8, 2014 regular meeting be approved -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the 2014 season concession booth operation at the Warwick Park by the Rops family, and that the operation of the booth go out for public tender operations in future years -

That Warwick Township Council proceeds into the Consideration of the Drainage Report for the McPherson Drain Culverts 2014 -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene into open session -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $83,547.37 be accepted for payment as presented -

THAT Warwick Township Council support Niagara Region's resolution, dated January 16, 2014, calling on Premier Wynne and the Province of Ontario to take immediate action to prevent the proposed hydro rate and any other rate increases from being implemented re: the Long Term Energy Plan -

THAT Warwick Township Council support Town of Petrolia's resolution, dated April 7, 2014, calling on Premier Wynne and the Province of Ontario to take immediate action to prevent the proposed hydro rate and any other rate increases from being implemented re: the Long Term Energy Plan -

THAT correspondence 4-22 to 4-36 and 4-39 be received and filed -

by J. Couwenberg THAT Warwick Township Council approve maintenance on the Leach Drain under Section 78 of the Drainage Act; and that after 30 days notice to the S.C.R.C.A. a new report be prepared by Spriet Associates, before work can proceed -

THAT Warwick Township Council approves the quote as provided by Pollard Highway Products for the supply and application of Calcium Chloride at $.052 per litre -

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: i) A matter regarding the security of the property of the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(a); ii) A matter regarding personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); iii) A matter concerning litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(e); iv) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the In Camera minutes of the regular Council meeting of April 8, 2014 -

THAT By-law numbers 37 to 40 of 2014 be read a first and second time -

THAT By-law numbers 37, 38 and 40 of 2014 be read a third time and finally passed -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourn -
