Regular Council

THAT the Council minutes from the February 18, 2014 regular meeting be approved, as amended -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $229,002.24 be accepted for payment as presented -

THAT Warwick Township Council supports the Town of Arnprior's resolution re: electricity rates, dated February 11, 2014 -

THAT Correspondence 3-1 to 3-10 and 3-12 to 3-14 be received and filed -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the proposal as submitted by Execulink for the provision of WI-FI services to the Watford Arena for a three (3) year term; AND that staff execute an Agreement with Execulink for this term; AND that Staff approach Brooke Telecom to inquire if they have interest in providing a free WI-FI Service to Centennial Hall and the Watford Ball Park, in exchange for Advertising Opportunities at the Watford Centennial Hall and the Watford Ball Park. -

THAT any development and zoning requests on locations for marijuana grow operations for medical purposes be dealt with on a site specific basis, in accordance with the Planning Act -

THAT the minutes from the Development Committee meeting of March 4, 2014 be received and filed -

THAT Warwick Township Council receive report CL-6-14, dated March 6, 2014, and direct staff to proceed as per report and authorize an additional expenditure not to exceed $600.00 towards the inputting of cemetery records -

THAT Warwick Township Council award the tender for the Rachel and West Reconstruction Project to 291 Construction Ltd. at a cost of $285,654.17 (including HST) -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve a Poll of Council by e-mail on the awarding of the Erie-McGregor Reconstruction Project -

THAT Warwick Township Council support the application to the Creative County Fund for a Social Art Day event in Watford and approve funding in the amount of $2,500 towards the event –

THAT Warwick Township Council move into an In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: i) A matter regarding the security of the property of the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(a); ii) A matter regarding labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); iii) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the In Camera minutes from the regular Council meeting of February 18, 2014 and the regular Development Committee meeting of March 4, 2014 -

THAT By-law numbers 25 to 26 of 2014 be read a first and second time -

THAT By-law number 25 and 26 of 2014 be read a third time and finally passed -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourn -
