THAT the Council minutes from the January 21, 2014 regular meeting be approved -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $276,172.26 be accepted for payment as presented -

THAT Warwick Township Council support the resolution from Baldwin Township, from the January 20th, meeting on OPP costs for small communities with less than 5,000 people -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby supports the private member's resolution Re: Joint and Several Liability as circulated in the January 13, 2014 letter from Randy Pettapiece, MPP Perth-Wellington -

THAT correspondence 2-1 to 2-10 be received and filed -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the corporate insurance policy renewal for the Corporation of the Township of Warwick with Frank Cowan Company Limited and direct staff to issue payment for the invoiced amount of $169,941 -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby directs the Administrator/Treasurer, due to deductible limits being increased, to establish an Insurance Reserve for claims -

THAT Warwick Township Council authorize the addition of the Warwick Volunteer Firefighters Association to the Township of Warwick’s 2014 Corporate Insurance Policy/Program at no additional cost, subject to submission of requested information -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the Accessibility Compliance report from the Clerk/Deputy Administrator, dated February 6, 2014 -

THAT Warwick Township Council receive and file report CL-4-14 -

THAT Warwick Township Council move In Camera meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: i) A matter concerning litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(e); ii) Advise that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f); -

THAT Warwick Township Council reconvene in Open Session -

THAT the In Camera minutes of the regular Council meeting of January 21, 2014 be approved as presented -

THAT By-law number 21 of 2014 be read a first and second time -

THAT By-law number 21 of 2014 be read a third time and finally passed -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourn -
