Regular Council

That the Council minutes from the June 26, 2013 regular meeting be approved -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the design for Warwick's CivicWeb Council Portal, as presented, and direct staff to proceed with implementation -

That Warwick Township Council hereby receives the Petition for Drainage Works under Section 4 of the Drainage Act, from the owner of Lot 21, Con. 4 NER in the Township of Warwick; and that Spriet Associates be instructed to include the said Petition in their report on the Vaughan Drain under Section 78 of the Drainage Act; and S.C.R.C.A. be notified. -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the transfer of the following funds to the respective Cemetery Operating Accounts: $3,000.00 - Bethel Cemetery $500.00 - Watson Cemetery $800.00 - Zion Cemetery $700.00 - Mennonite Cemetery ___________________________ $5,000.00 - TOTAL -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the request for a fence by-law (64 of 2011) exemption at 328 Warwick Street, subject to the following: • Fence is not permitted to be higher than 4 feet in the front yard and sight triangle, as per presented drawing, and 6 feet high for balance of yard • Fence will be constructed out of wrought iron to allow for the viewing through the fence, and • Construction is to take place within residential property boundaries. -

THAT the 2nd Quarterly Report from the Drainage Superintendent be received and filed -

THAT the minutes of the Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Committee meeting of June 26, 2013 be approved -

THAT Council supports the purchase of the CAG ONE EVOLUTION skate sharpener from CAG ONE SKATE SHARPENERS INC. at a cost of $7895.00 plus HST and shipping -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the Recreation Report dated July 17, 2013 -

THAT the Accounts Payable in the amount of $1,135,139.61 be accepted for payment as presented -

THAT correspondence 7-1 to 7-16 be received and filed -

THAT Warwick Township Council approve the Warwick Water and Sewer 2013 Operations Plans as presented and that the Mayor and Administrator/Treasurer be authorized to sign the Plan -

THAT By-laws numbers 66 to 69, 71, 72 and 73 be read a first and second time -

THAT By-laws numbers 64 and 66 to 69, 71, 72, and 73 be read a third time and finally passed -

THAT Warwick Township Council hereby adjourns -
