THAT Warwick Township Council approves the Gravel Road Study as presented by Spriet Associates; AND THAT the study be used annually as a living document to assist in the preparation of a six-year capital improvement plan during the budget process. -

THAT Warwick Township Public Works Committee directs the CAO/Clerk and Public Works Manager to investigate the regulations under the Highway Traffic Act regarding ATV use on roadways; AND THAT a report be prepared to provide more information at the next Public Works Committee meeting. -

THAT Warwick Township Public Works Committee approves the proposed reconfiguration (Figure 1) of the Nauvoo Road and Confederation Line intersection as provided by the County of Lambton; AND THAT the engineering costs for the intersection reconfiguration be included in the 2021 budget and the construction costs for the project be included in the 2022 budget. -
