THAT staff contact J. Straatman and advise that after further review of the request by the Public Works Committee, a guard rail installation on First School Road will not be pursued due to liability reasons; AND THAT the Township of Warwick Public Works staff can make themselves available to assist the property owner in developing a solution on their property to limit access to the road. -
