THAT Development Committee recommends to Warwick Township Council that the Roads User Agreement and the Community Vibrancy Agreement for the Jericho Wind Energy Project be approved as presented and placed on a By-law for the June 26, 2014 Council meeting; AND FURTHER THAT the Township solicitor and engineer attend that meeting to present the agreements. -
