THAT consent be denied for Minor Variance application A-03-25 to allow relief from Minimum Distance Separation II (MDS II) requirements for a proposed livestock barn and manure storage. The variance reduces the required MDS II setback from 249m to 235.7m, placing the proposed livestock facility much closer to surrounding sensitive uses (residences) than permitted. -
