THAT consent be granted for minor variance application A-03-24 to keep the 36.23 square metre shed in the rear yard in compliance with the Township of Warwick Zoning By-law. This proposal requires two minor variances, including a variance to the rear yard setback from approximately 1m to approximately 0.94m, and a variance to the side yard setback from approximately 1m to approximately 0.61m. This approval is granted with the following conditions: That there will be no habitable space in the existing detached shed in question. That the existing detached shed in question be used for personal storage use only. That an after the fact building permit shall be obtained and applicable fees remitted. Final grading certificate will also be required upon completion, subject to Township approval. -
